Attendance

At our school, we place great value on regular attendance as it plays a vital role in every child’s learning, development and overall wellbeing. When children attend school consistently, they benefit from a stable routine, build strong relationships with peers and staff and make steady progress across all areas of the curriculum.

Missing even a few days can disrupt learning and make it harder for children to keep up with new concepts and classroom activities. We encourage families to prioritise attendance and work with us to ensure children are in school every day, ready to learn and thrive.

Good attendance also helps children develop important life skills such as responsibility, resilience, and time management. It sets the foundation for future success both academically and socially.

We understand that occasional absences due to illness are sometimes unavoidable, but we ask parents to keep these to a minimum and to communicate with the school promptly.

Together, we can create a positive and supportive environment where every child has the best chance to succeed.
